You will be taught yoga poses in a specific sequence.
Thereafter, you will practise the sequence at your own pace, following your own breath.
The teacher will provide one-on-one attention and adjustments, and offer advice based on your needs.
The emphasis of the practice is on breathing, internal focus, and your own unique alignment in poses.
This helps you to develop a deep, meditative state of mind and enhance your practice.
